• Milesfever is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are outside the camping premises.
• Any Loss to the camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattresses, or any property belonging to the campsite will be subject to full payment of Product MRP.
• Milesfever won't be responsible for any loss or damage of Goods belonging to the travelers.
• All guests must carry a Government-issued Valid ID Card.
• Only campers staying with Milesfever will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guests from outside, you'll have to Pre notify us.
• The availability of hot water is not promised.
• Slots at the campsite will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
• Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour.
• In case of any breakdown or delay due to the breakdown of the transport in the way, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired. No backup transport would be provided.
• Milesfever is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incident.
• Milesfever is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic, sightseeing/activities of the day may get canceled if we don't reach the destination on time.
• The trip organizer/coordinator has complete right to change the itinerary as per on the spot condition.
• Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.
• Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, canceled or refunded

• Passport should be valid of minimum 06 months till the return date for traveling.
• The above quotation is valid for Indian Nationals and a minimum of 2 adults traveling together at all times.
• Above all are subject to availability, no booking made yet, in case of non-availability similar hotel/services will be provided.
• Any request for a King Bed or Twin Bed, room near to each other in case of 2 or more rooms booked in thesame hotel is subject to hotel availability.
• We have limited inventory hence prices can change without prior notice. To get benefit at the current proposed prices, we recommend you to book with us immediately.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to the availability of rooms at the time of check-in and the same is not guaranteed, you may be charged for guaranteed early check-in and late checkout.
• The tourism tax is imposed by Govt. of (Malaysia of 10-15 Ringgit) / (Dubai of 10-15 Dirham) per room per night which is to be paid at the hotel only, and cost is not included in the cost of the package.
• National Park fee is charged on island visit in Thailand 400 PHB per Adult/ 200 PHB per Child which is to be paidat island directly, and the cost is not included in the cost of the package.
• Hotels may charge a security fee which is refundable at Check-out time.
• Gratuities imposed on the cruise are not included in the package unless mentioned separately.
• RTPCR test is not included in the package unless mentioned. RTPCR to be given by hotel/resort as complimentary is solely hotel discretion.
• Courier charges / Photo charges developed by us at the time of visa are not included in the package cost as they may vary and will be paid additionally by the client.
